1. Service Overview

FestiPics provides digital creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Festival & occasion posters

  • Branding creatives

  • Informational and promotional designs

All services are professional, non-adult, and family-friendly.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Our services are intended only for users aged 18 years or older.

  • The 18+ restriction is applied for legal consent, advertising compliance, and payment eligibility

  • FestiPics does NOT provide adult, sexual, explicit, or NSFW content

By using our website, you confirm that you are 18+ years old and legally eligible to use online services.

3. Account & User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only

  • Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission

Any misuse may result in service termination without notice.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed clearly on the website

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay)

  • FestiPics does not store card, UPI, or banking details

5. Digital Delivery

  • FestiPics services are digital in nature

  • Access or content is provided after successful payment

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the service

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

FestiPics is a digital service, therefore payments are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds are available under the following specific conditions:

✅ When a Refund Is Applicable:

  • If we are unable to activate your plan within 24 hours of successful payment, or

  • If there is any technical or operational issue from our side due to which your plan cannot be activated

In such cases, you will be eligible for a refund.

⏳ Refund Claim Time Limit:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) from the time of payment

  • Refund requests made after 3 days will not be considered

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, logos, and materials belong to FestiPics

  • Users are granted limited, non-exclusive usage rights

  • Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without permission is prohibited

8. Advertising & Marketing Communication

By using our services, you agree that:

  • We may contact you via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS for service-related communication

  • You may receive promotional messages (opt-out option available)

This is compliant with advertising and messaging policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

FestiPics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms or services

Use the service at your own discretion.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Payments

FestiPics is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.
