FestiPics provides digital services. Once a plan is successfully activated, the service is considered delivered.
For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable.
A refund will be provided only in the following cases:
If we fail to activate your plan within 24 hours of successful payment, or
If there is a technical or operational issue from our side that prevents plan activation
In such cases, the user is eligible to request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of payment
Requests received after this period will not be accepted
Refunds will not be provided if:
The plan has been successfully activated
Delay occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
The user changes their mind after activation
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
The refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank
